Think Legal are working alongside a leading commercial law firm in the South Yorkshire region who are looking to add a corporate associate solicitor to its market leading practice in their Sheffield city centre office.

The firm and team are leaders both in South Yorkshire, and in the North.

They are looking for an associate 2 years' + PQE to join their busy team. They would look at those at senior associate up to 10 years' PQE for the right person.

The work they do is unrivalled in the region dealing with large household national and international names on a multitude of corporate matters spanning M&A, Private Equity and Equity Capital Markets work.

Due to the profile and reach of the firm there can often be an international transactions and cross border work in the mid to upper mid-market space.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a national/international corporate team, or at a strong regional firm looking to take their next step up the ladder. You should be comfortable with running your own deals and assisting Partners on large scale and complex transactions.

Salary is excellent and one of the market leaders starting at circa £62k at the bottom end of the scale and moving upwards dependent on level and experience with great benefits.
