They are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join them at Legal Director. 

The ideal candidate is likely to be 8 years' + PQE with a strong skill set of M&A work, Private Equity, and IPOs as well as general corporate advisory work.

The client list here is impressive working with household names and working on high end deals into the hundreds of £millions.

As a growth role the corporate team are incredibly busy and are going from strength to strength and this is an excellent opportunity to join a team that has a proven track record of elevating experienced corporate lawyers on a path to partnership through their internal and bespoke training programme. 

The culture at the firm is great, there is hybrid and flexible working here, the opportunity to take paid sabbaticals which is well utilised by staff and entirely reasonable chargeable hours target with up to 35% bonus on salary.
