This firm are trying to find a technically strong employment lawyer to join their Manchester office. This is a genuine opportunity to take on real client responsibility while being part of a genuinely supportive team environment. In terms of level they are looking at someone with upward of 1 years PQE.

What you'll be doing: You'll be advising a diverse client base - from company owners and HR professionals to public sector organisations and senior executives - across the full spectrum of employment law. Think drafting employment documents, handling discrimination and whistleblowing matters, managing tribunal claims, TUPE transfers, redundancy processes, and everything in between. Plus you'll be expected to contribute to business development and build lasting client relationships.

What they're looking for:

• Qualified solicitor with solid experience in transactional employment matters
• Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
