Legal Director / Junior Partner – Employment (Leeds)

I’m currently working with a Tier 1 ranked Employment team in Leeds on a senior hire at Legal Director / Junior Partner level.

This is a genuinely strong opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer who’s either:

• Ready to step up from Senior Associate into a Director role, or
• Already operating at LD level and looking for a clearer, more realistic pathway into Partnership

The team & platform
You’d be joining a well-established and growing team of 30+ employment lawyers in Leeds, led by a highly regarded Partner with a strong market profile and a clear mandate to expand.

There’s a proper mix of work and clients — despite some outdated perceptions, this isn’t a niche or single-sector offering. The team acts for a broad range of large corporates and household names across multiple industries.

The role
A broad employment position covering both contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

• Tribunal litigation and day-to-day advisory work
• Supporting key client relationships and helping to grow accounts
• Managing and developing more junior lawyers in the team

You’ll have the autonomy and support to build your own profile internally and externally, without being left to figure it out alone.
