An excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a growing Employment team within a non-private practice law firm.

The team currently comprises 3 Partners and 13 Employment Lawyers, advising a strong portfolio of international and household-name clients.

The legal team sits within a wider professional services business, meaning you’ll work alongside specialists across areas such as HR, tax, global mobility, consulting and technology.

That creates the opportunity to offer clients much broader, commercially focused solutions than simply providing legal advice.

You can be involved from the initial strategy and legal advice through to implementation and wider operational solutions.

For an Employment Lawyer who enjoys the law but is interested in a different way of working and a broader commercial perspective, this offers something genuinely different.

The Team
The Employment team is relatively small and continues to grow, giving you plenty of opportunity to take ownership, build relationships and make your mark.

You won’t simply be joining a large, established private practice structure. There is genuine scope to help shape the team, develop the offering and make the role your own.

The work
You’ll advise major employers across a broad range of Employment matters, including:

Employment disputes and litigation
Workplace investigations
Reorganisations and redundancies
TUPE
Complex and international employment matters
Advising large and multinational employers

What are they looking for?
An experienced Employment Solicitor with a strong private practice background and solid technical experience.

You’ll need to be commercially minded, confident dealing with clients and comfortable working collaboratively with lawyers and non-legal specialists.
