COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR (DEVELOPMENT)
Leeds | Full-Time | 3-6 PQE

Our client, a well-established regional law firm based in Leeds and West Yorkshire, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving development team.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use development matters for a prestigious client base. You'll be working alongside an experienced partner on substantial development transactions in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About You
We're looking for a solicitor with approximately 3-6 years' post-qualification experience who can demonstrate:

Strong technical ability in property development work
Experience handling high-value development transactions
Knowledge of planning and statutory agreements (desirable)
The ability to hit the ground running
Either an existing network of contacts or the ambition to build one through active business development
