The Team
This real estate team in London forms an integral part of the firm’s global real estate practice, acting for investors and developers in real estate, private clients, property companies, pension funds, institutional investors, private banks, local authorities, funders, and private equity houses on real estate projects across the industrial, energy, logistics, affordable housing, hospitality, life sciences, retail, healthcare, and leisure sectors.
The Role
The successful real estate lawyer joining this renowned real estate team in London will undertake a broad spectrum of real estate work, which will include:
- Mixed-use developments
- Asset management
- Regeneration
- Acquisitions
- Legal structuring
- Financing
- Joint ventures
- Indirect real estate
- Sales and leaseback
- Income strip and long income
- Forward commitment and forward funded acquisitions
The Candidate
This position is ideally suited to a principal associate. You may already be a principal associate seeking a new challenge, or an associate or senior associate seeking a step up.
The firm are ideally looking for candidates with a minimum of seven years’ PQE. Candidates should be able to display strong technical knowledge, experience in business development and client relationship management, and experience in the supervision of more junior colleagues.
