A leading Leeds commercial law firm are looking for a real estate litigation solicitor to join their market-leading, expanding real estate litigation practice in the city centre. The team is one of the largest in the North. 

This is a role ideally suited for a solicitor at associate or senior associate level looking for their next career step. This will be a lawyer around the NQ -8 year PQE mark.

The work here is superb quality and the team acts for a broad range of clients from PLCs, insurers, banks and public bodies.

Day to day you will be dealing with a broad mix of property litigation work from boundary/adverse possession disputes, dilapidation claims, commercial forfeiture, lease renewals, rent arrears, restrictive covenants and easements. 

The firm operate a hybrid working policy and are housed in a fantastic office space in central Leeds.

Salary is the top end of the market rate depending on experience with benefits such as a minimum of 25 days annual leave rising to 31 + bank holidays, 4 x life assurance, 5% minimum firm pension contribution, sabbaticals based on length of service and more.
