Real Estate NQ Solicitor - Liverpool

A leading UK law firm with a strong national presence is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its expanding Real Estate team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a Legal 500-recognised team on a broad range of commercial property matters for high-profile clients across the public and private sectors.

The Role

You will work on a wide variety of real estate transactions, including:

• Drafting and advising on leases, development agreements, funding arrangements, and site disposals

• Supporting large regeneration projects and bespoke ventures

• Advising on LTA 1954 renewals, easements, covenants, and land registration

• Managing your own caseload and assisting senior team members as needed

• Collaborating closely with clients including retailers, developers, local authorities, universities, and social housing providers

This role offers the opportunity to work on matters ranging from £100m+ developments to complex portfolio management projects.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will have:

• 0–1 years PQE with training or post-qualification experience in real estate law

• Familiarity with landlord and tenant work and property management

• Experience or interest in development work (beneficial)

• Strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail

• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills

• A team-oriented, proactive approach and the ability to meet deadlines and targets
