Residential Development Solicitor - Liverpool

Our client is a leading national practice with a wide national profile and hosts a sizeable real estate team in Liverpool. This role arises in the Liverpool office and specifically with in the residential development team.

The real estate team undertakes a broad level of real estate work from large scale development and investment projects to portfolio management work for commercial landlords. The clients and work are fantastic and the firm continues to attract new work as it exceeds client expectations.

The team is particularly known for the innovative delivery of large scale projects for bluechip clients. This allows solicitors to focus on high value work, while other tasks are performed by an exceptional support team.

This role is for a real estate solicitor to sit in its growing residential development team. Ideally you'll be experienced in this area and interested in a role focusing on growing this practice area as a burgeoning part of the business.

You will get to work with leaders in their field and who provide real oversight and training and are committed to helping train and develop the staff with which they work. Whilst the quality of work is high so too is the work life balance and the firm places great importance on maintaining a friendly, open and supportive culture.
