Experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Think Legal recruitment are working with boutique law firm who are looking for an experienced commercial litigator to join their growing practice.

The firm started out as a small specialist boutique and although still small they are looking to grow organically. 

This is a different opportunity in that it is not a typical private practice law firm.

There is no traditional hierarchy here, no ego's, no ivory towers. As much as the firm are looking for a great commercial litigator, they are looking for someone who will fit into to the team here, someone who is down to earth and loves working with like minded individuals.

The work is a real broad mix of commercial litigation including shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, injunctions, partnership disputes, commercial landlord and tenant matters, breach of warranty etc.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience and be comfortable with carrying a caseload with limited supervision.

There is genuine flexibility here too with hybrid work with a 3-2 office/home split and a grown up approach to a work life balance where the business genuinely wants you to have a life outside the office.

This would be the ideal opportunity for those at a time in their career where 'big law' isn't for them but they still want to work on good quality work but in a less intense environment.

The culture here is great too with lots of socials, charity and community work. 

Salary is not going to trouble the larger nationals or internationals but it is competitive for the Yorkshire region + benefits.
