A Northwest housing group is seeking a Property / Real Estate Solicitor who currently or wants to work in a Development job. 

This is a role that would be suited to a Solicitor or qualified Legal Executive who has a strong background in residential property or commercial property work - somebody who knows what to expect on a transaction, knows the pitfalls, and who is prepared to learn lots from others in the team and the external panel of law firms.

You will support a more senior member of the team and work closely with the head of legal too, attending meetings with key internal stakeholders - this is a high quality opportunity. It is likely to be a role suited to somebody with around 1-2 years of experience in development work, however candidates with slightly more or less PQE should also enquire - they are open minded, including with NQ Solicitors.
