Associate- Real Estate – Leeds or Newcastle
A leading global legal business is seeking an Associate to join their Real Estate team.
The successful candidate will support a Real Estate Partner on all aspects of investment, development, finance, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management.
Working alongside an experienced Partner, the Associate will service a diverse portfolio of UK and international pension funds, financial institutions, and international investors.
This position will play a crucial role in developing and growing key client relationships and maintaining quality of service across the team.
The firm offers location flexibility, with the role available in multiple office locations across the North and Midlands regions of England (Including Leeds and Newcastle).
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload including investment, development, finance, acquisitions, disposals and asset management matters
• Supporting the Real Estate Partner in driving continuous growth and improvement across the team
• Working closely with clients to provide practical, clear, and robust legal advice that meets their commercial objectives
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Maintaining and managing strong relationships with key clients while pursuing growth opportunities through new and existing business

• Qualified solicitor with considerable experience in a leading real estate team
• Ability to manage files independently and contribute to wider team matters when required
• Confident and personable with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative approach to building and developing strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Ability to prioritize work effectively and maximize efficiency in working practices
