Clinical Negligence Lawyer - PI retrain - NQ +

Think Legal Recruitment are working with a strong regional Yorkshire law firm who are looking to expand their small, but highly thought of claimant clinical negligence team.

The team predominantly deal with higher value complex work and are looking for a claimant lawyer to come in and join the expanding team.

This is not a volume caseload, and would be suited to those who want to carry a manageable caseload of complex and good quality work.

Although the perfect candidate would have at least 3 years' + clinical negligence experience the firm are open to speaking with NQ Solicitors and general PI lawyers who have dealt with complex fast and multi track work. The firm would also look at speaking with experienced case handling paralegals.

The firm has a really positive culture fed down by a highly approachable and thoughtful managing partner who is highly respected in the Yorkshire region - he encourages individual growth and progression and the firm really do like to promote from within so there is lots of opportunity here to develop your career.

There is hybrid working once probation is completed and you are up to speed with systems and have integrated well in the team. The split is 3 days in the office and 2 at home.

People tend to stay at the firm and there is a low turnaround of staff with a number of lawyers having been here for many years.

Salary is competitive for the Huddersfield market + benefits including 25 days holiday (+Bank Hols), 1 day off for your birthday, extra 1 and half days for over Christmas, 24/7 GP, Medicash, Pension, 2 hours wellness time a week, life assurance and more.
