The Opportunity
A prestigious Tier 1 national law firm is seeking a talented junior Commercial Lawyer with IT, Technology & Outsourcing experience to join their award-winning Leeds team.
This role offers exceptional exposure to complex, high-value technology transactions for leading private and public sector clients, with a focus on digital transformation and outsourcing projects.
What You'll Do

Advise on commercial and technology matters across various sectors
Work on tech transformations, cloud/SaaS arrangements, and IT outsourcing deals
Manage your own workload with strong project management support
Build client relationships and take on increasing responsibility
Contribute to some of the market's largest digital transformation projects

What We're Looking For

1+ years PQE in commercial/technology law (private practice or in-house)
Experience in IT/Technology and Outsourcing
Sector knowledge in retail, financial services, manufacturing, tech, or health preferred
Strong analytical and project management skills
Commercial mindset with solutions-driven approach
Demonstrable client management abilities
