Commercial Property Solicitor (Part Time)

West Yorkshire

Think Legal recruitment are working alongside a multi-service, small regional practice in West Yorkshire, who are looking to add a part-time experienced commercial property lawyer to their team.

This can be based out of any of the firm's 3 West Yorkshire offices.

The commercial property team is 6 strong + support staff. 

Day to day will involve a varied commercial property caseload including acquisitions and disposals, leases, and estate management. The client base varies with a lot of the work being longstanding clients and includes PLCs, owner managed businesses, charitable organisations, individuals and land owners. 

This is a part time role with the candidate ideally working 3 days a week. This is a great opportunity for a lawyer who has other priorities outside of the workplace to work within a nice environment and not give up on the quality of work they are used to.

Salary is competitive depending on level of experience + benefits.
