Construction Partner - Manchester 

We are recruiting for an established commercial firm in Manchester looking to add a Construction Partner to their growing team.

This well known commercial firm has an excellent brand and reputation in the North West.  With steady growth year on year, the firm has been able to attract lawyers from large national and international practices across commercial areas. They have been attracted by the quality of the brand, strong leadership and ability to have autonomy over managing their clients and shaping the direction of their teams.

The firm has identified a desire to build on their existing offering in Construction, with the hire of an additional Partner.  With an existing team an excellent reputation in the North West market, there is work available and a platform to build on.  They are ideally looking for someone who can get into the market and support with growing the client base and continuing to build the profile of the team locally, as well as supporting junior lawyers with their career development.

The business has enjoyed strong growth in recent years and is on a very strong financial footing. This is allowing the senior management team to be strategic and focus on long term growth opportunities, hence the desire now to invest further in Construction. As well as looking at an established Partner, the firm is also keen to speak to anyone at Senior Associate/Legal Director level looking to take a step up.
