Corporate Partner (Leeds or Bradford)
As part of a managed succession plan, the firm is seeking a Corporate Partner who can take on increasing responsibility within the team. With existing senior partners moving to reduced hours, this role offers the chance to shape the future direction of the department.

Corporate Legal Director (Bradford)
This is a genuine "career Director" position - ideal for a talented lawyer who wants to work at a senior level without the pressure of partnership ownership.

As part of a managed succession plan, the firm is seeking a Corporate Partner who can take on increasing responsibility within the team. With existing senior partners moving to reduced hours, this role offers the chance to shape the future direction of the department.
The firm is open to candidates at different stages of their partnership journey:
- Newly appointed partners or those ready to make the step up, with a developing practice (circa £200k+ billings).
- Established partners with a strong portable following (circa £500k billings).
Corporate Legal Director (Bradford)
This is a genuine "career Director" position - ideal for a talented lawyer who wants to work at a senior level without the pressure of partnership ownership.
The firm is looking for:
- An experienced Senior Associate ready to step up to Director level but not yet looking towards partnership
- OR an established Partner looking to step back from the demands of ownership while continuing to practice at a senior level
- OR a current Legal Director happy to continue in this capacity long-term
