The corporate team in Birmingham act on high-profile, complex, challenging and high-value corporate matters throughout the UK and cross-border for clients across a range of sectors, including automotive, technology, aviation, retail, leisure and hotels, energy, oil and gas, financial services, mining, food and beverage, and life sciences.

The successful corporate lawyer joining this highly reputable corporate team in Birmingham will undertake a broad range of corporate work which will include:
 

• Corporate governance
• Shareholder agreements
• Equity financings
• Restructuring
• Funds
• Private equity
• General counsel services
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Incorporation and company secretarial
• Partnerships

This position is ideally suited to experienced corporate lawyers with a minimum of five years’ PQE. Corporate lawyers applying for this position should be able to display:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
