What you’ll be doing:
A broad and varied caseload including:

• Business acquisitions and sales

• Business restructures

• Shareholder and partnership agreements

• Corporate compliance and governance

• MBOs and re-financing deals

• Sales and purchases of shares and assets, mergers and consolidations

You’ll be working with a great mix of local and national clients, particularly owner-managed businesses, getting stuck into quality work alongside approachable, experienced lawyers.
