The Role

As a Corporate Solicitor with 2-3 years PQE, you'll work on a varied caseload of corporate transactions including:

Mergers and acquisitions
Company sales and purchases
Management buy-outs and buy-ins
Corporate reorganisations and restructuring
Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
General corporate advisory work

You'll work closely with partners on deals from inception through to completion, gaining valuable experience across different sectors and transaction types. The team structure means you'll receive hands-on training and mentoring from experienced partners while also being given increasing responsibility as you develop.
