Corporate Associates 1-6 PQE - Leeds

Think Legal are working with a widely respected national firm looking to hire an additional Corporate Associate into the Manchester team.  If you have upwards of 1 year PQE and are looking to join a heavyweight firm to push your career forward, this is an excellent opportunity. There are two roles here - one at the more junior end and one more senior. This reflects how active the team are and their need to grow.

This high profile firm has an exceptional offering in corporate work. They have clients across a breadth of sectors, handling complex M&A and private equity work. The team are busy and showing no signs of slowing down - deal flow is healthy and they are eager now to hire at Associate and Senior Associate level to grow.

The ideal candidates for these roles will have between 1-3 years' and 3-6 years' PQE and a solid background in corporate work.  They key is finding a candidate who has the energy and enthusiasm to work in a busy and ambitious team.  You will be well supported and offered excellent training and development to further your knowledge and experience.

The work is a balance of high level M&A and private equity matters.  Candidates with both areas of experience are ideal, but equally those with just M&A looking to widen their skillset are equally encouraged.  The key is attitude and a desire to develop.  Partners in the team are also eager to engage all members of the team in business development activities, enabling them to build their own networks from an early stage.
