I'm working with a well-established Yorkshire firm that's built a solid reputation for punching well above its weight.

They've got a thriving Employment practice that's going from strength to strength, and they're looking for an experienced Employment Litigation Solicitor to join the team in Leeds.

The Role
You'll be running your own caseload of employment litigation matters (both claimant and respondent side) while supporting the wider team on more complex files.

The work is interesting and varied – everything from Tribunal litigation through to non-contentious advisory work via their HR support scheme. They work with clients ranging from local businesses through to national and international names across various sectors.

What They're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' PQE in employment litigation
• Someone who can hit the ground running with their own caseload
• Strong IT skills and the ability to manage time and workload effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Ambition and enthusiasm to develop both technically and commercially

• Salary negotiable depending on experience
• Full-time or part-time considered
• Based primarily in Leeds with location flexibility available
