This highly ranked practice is based in Stoke, however this role is open for a remote working corporate solicitor.

The corporate team act for a broad range of clients including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, multi-nationals, PLCs, and FTSE listed businesses across numerous sectors with a particular focus on financial services and sports.

The successful corporate solicitor joining this highly reputable corporate team will have the opportunity to undertake high-value, complex and challenging corporate matters which will include:
 

• Shareholder Agreements
• MBOs & MBIs
• Business Sales
• Joint Ventures
• Partnerships & LLPs
• Clubs & Associations
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Restructurings
• Private Equity

This position is ideally suited to corporate solicitors with a minimum of five years’ PQE. Corporate solicitors applying for this position should be able to display:
 

• A strong academic background
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
• Experience in the supervision and training of more junior colleagues
• Excellent communication skills
• A keen interest in business development and client relationship management
