Collegiate and progressive commercial firm in Leeds seeks to expand its growing corporate team with the addition of an associate or senior associate into their well established team.

This team has gone from strength to strength in recent years and has an excellent pedigree in the North with an impressive list of clients. The Corporate team was recently recognised as Corporate Team of the Year in 2023. 

The firm operates in the mid market space and act for AIM listed companies, private equity houses, SME's, OMBs, and entrepreneurs on corporate transactions. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE of working on corporate transactions, dealing with M&A, reorganisations, de-mergers, and venture capital investments.

The team in Leeds is led by a well known Partner in the Yorkshire corporate space who is highly approachable and good to work with, and that is reflected in the team. The wider firm is headed by a Managing Partner who is very forward thinking, and highly regarded in the North.
