The Opportunity
Our client, a highly regarded legal practice recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work and well-ranked in leading legal directories, is seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join their property team across the Keighley, Skipton and Ilkley areas.

The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Working within a supportive team environment, you'll handle transactions from instruction to completion while maintaining the firm's excellent client service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential property transactions from start to finish
• Conduct due diligence including searches, title investigations and contract reviews
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties
• Ensure compliance with current conveyancing legislation and procedures
• Provide clear, timely advice to clients throughout the process

• Licensed Conveyancer
• 5+ years post-qualification residential conveyancing experience
• Strong knowledge of the local Yorkshire property market
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage busy caseloads with attention to detail
• Experience with case management systems
