Job Overview:

A leading commercial law firm in Leeds City Centre is seeking an Associate Employment Solicitor to join their highly regarded Employment team. This is an opportunity to work with blue-chip clients while enjoying a supportive and down-to-earth team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a mix of contentious, advisory, and corporate support employment matters.
• Advising a range of high-profile clients across different sectors.
• Managing cases from start to finish, including tribunal representation.
• Working collaboratively within a team of 9 to provide high-quality client service.
• Contributing to business development and client relationship management.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2-4 years’ PQE in Employment Law.
• Respondent experience preferred, but strong claimant lawyers will be considered.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a varied caseload.
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
