Serious Injury Solicitor – Hybrid/Remote (Yorkshire Based)
1-5 PQE | Serious Injury | Predominantly Hybrid/Remote with Limited Leeds Office Attendance

The Opportunity
An award-winning claimant personal injury firm is seeking a Serious Injury Solicitor to join their expanding Yorkshire team. 

This is a predominantly remote role offering high-quality brain and spinal cord injury work with excellent autonomy and support.

The team: You'll work alongside 2 senior associates and 2 paralegals in the Leeds hub, forming part of a wider northern team of 27 fee earners and paralegals led by 4 highly regarded partners.

Location: Remote working from Yorkshire with limited attendance at the Leeds office and monthly travel to Newcastle (approximately once per month).

The Role
You'll handle complex serious injury claims from inception through to settlement, including:

Running your own caseload of brain and spinal cord injury cases (pre-litigation and litigated)
Conducting liability and quantum investigations
Drafting Schedules of Loss and managing expert evidence
Collaborating with case managers and rehabilitation providers
Court hearings and applications
Contributing to business development and client events

About You
Essential:

1-5 years PQE in serious/catastrophic personal injury
Proven experience handling brain and spinal cord injury claims
Strong technical knowledge of CPR, relevant case law and quantum calculations
Excellent communication and client care skills
Competent advocacy skills

Desirable:

Established relationships within the neurotrauma field
Experience with high-value claims and medical evidence
