The Role

We are seeking a newly qualified Employment Solicitor to join this close-knit and forward-thinking team. This is a rare chance to step into a position that offers immediate hands-on client exposure from day one, guided by experienced City-trained lawyers who are invested in your development.

You will advise on a broad range of employment and HR matters, helping clients achieve practical, commercial outcomes. Whether acting for employers or employees, you will quickly build expertise across the full employment law spectrum.

What You'll Need

• Newly qualified solicitor status (or due to qualify September 2025) with a minimum 6 month seat within a commercial employment team
• A passion for employment law and a genuine desire to build a career in this        specialist field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational ability and keen attention to detail
• A commercial mindset with a drive to find real-world solutions for clients
• A caring, professional, and client-centred approach
