Employment Partner – Cheshire

We have an opportunity for an employment partner to join a commercial law firm with offices in Liverpool and Cheshire.
The firm are looking for either an employment partner or a legal director/senior associate who is looking for the opportunity to progress as a partner. No following is required for this role, although there is an expectation that relationships will naturally follow at this senior level.

This employment partner will be working closely with the head of department, benefiting from the guidance and support of this leading lawyer, with the view to potentially taking over as head of department in time. Responsibilities will include growing the employment offering further (revenue/new business and overall headcount), networking and business development, nurturing established/long standing clients as well as mentoring junior solicitors and fee earners in the department.

The firm have worked hard to establish a standout culture and a forward thinking way of working and providing legal services. They have had great success with this and continue to grow at an exciting speed.

This is a rare opportunity for a senior employment solicitor to take on a leading role within this employment team, with the support and encouragement of the wider partnership.
