Think Legal are keen to speak with junior-mid level Employment Solicitors looking for their next career move in the West Yorkshire area.

The opportunity is with a Top 50 practice who have a great reputation around their culture, and who frequently place highly in the best places to work lists from places like Roll on Friday, Legal Cheek and Chambers guides.

This is a respondent role predominantly acting for a variety of mid-large national and international organisations across multiple sectors including health, sport, technology, private wealth, charities and education. It is both contentious and advisory in nature and no two days are the same.

The team consists of 6 lawyers, led by 2 highly regarded Partners.

The firm are looking for an Employment Solicitor around NQ-4 years' PQE to join them. Ideally from a strong national/regional or well regarded boutique practice.

Salary starts from circa £58k at NQ level and rising depending on PQE and overall experience + benefits including 5 weeks annual leave, life assurance up to 10 times salary, enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay and more.
