This highly reputable family law team in Birmingham work for clients across the UK and overseas including private clients, high net worth individuals, public bodies, and OMB clients.

The successful family lawyer joining this team in Birmingham will have a broad, complex and challenging caseload undertaking matters relating to:

• Children
• Prenuptial agreements
• Cohabitation
• LGBTQ+ family law
• Divorce, dissolution, and separation
• International divorce and international wealth protection
• Mediation
• Inheritance act claims
• Finances including property, businesses, pensions, on and offshore assets

This position is ideally suited to family lawyers with a minimum of three years’ PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display:

• Experience in family law with particular experience in high value / complex cases
• Court experience in both financial and children cases is desirable
• Experience in business development – an existing network of contacts would be beneficial
• Strong IT and communication skills
