Think Legal recruitment are working alongside a full service law firm in York who are looking to hire an experienced commercial property legal secretary to their team.

You will be supporting fee earners who deal with a wide range of commercial property services working on regional and national projects advising on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development work.

The right candidate will have legal secretary experience in a commercial property team. Day to day you will be opening files, conducting AML checks, producing documents, dealing with bills and completion statements, preparing and submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications, and dealing with commercial property searches.

Salary is competitive for the North Yorkshire market depending on experience + great benefits.
