Private Client Solicitor | circa 5–8 Years PQE | York Full-Service Regional Law Firm | Hybrid Working

I'm currently working with a well-regarded, award-winning Yorkshire law firm — Legal 500 recommended and with a strong regional presence — to find an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join their growing York team.

This is a genuinely lovely team to be part of: collaborative, supportive, and doing high-quality, technically interesting work for a diverse and often high-net-worth client base.

The Role

You'll manage your own caseload (with Partner support) across a broad range of Private Client and Succession work, including:

• Bespoke Will planning and complex estate administration
• Capital tax and estate planning for HNW individuals, business owners, farmers, and entrepreneurs
• Trust drafting, advice, and ongoing administration
• Intestate estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Business development and networking in and around York

STEP qualification is welcomed but not essential.
