The successful NQ construction solicitor joining this highly regarded construction and projects team in Birmingham will undertake a broad range of work, which will include:
 

• JCT, NEC, FIDIC, CIC, RIBA, and ACA Alliancing contracts
• Development agreements
• Procurement structures
• JV agreements
• Collateral warranties
• Consultant appointments
• Building contracts
• Bonds and parent company agreements
• PFI / PPP

This position is ideally suited to newly qualified construction solicitors. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display:
