A top 50 UK practice is seeking to bolster their award-winning planning team in Birmingham with the addition of  a planning lawyer with a minimum of two years’ PQE.

The planning team in Birmingham form an integral part of a national planning practice working closely alongside their real estate colleagues throughout the UK on complex, challenging, and highly interesting matters.

The job

The planning team in Birmingham work on projects nationally for commercial and residential developers, public sector bodies, investors, banks and funders, retail and leisure operators, major corporate occupiers, and social housing bodies.

The successful planning lawyer joining this market-leading planning team in Birmingham will undertake both contentious and non-contentious planning matters which will include urban regeneration schemes, village green issues, mixed use developments, infrastructure agreements, PRS developments, judicial review, energy projects, section 106 agreements, highways matters, and compulsory purchase orders.
