Private Client Lawyer

Location: Kendal, Cumbria (Hybrid - Remote and In Person)

Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

About the Role: We are seeking a qualified Private Client Lawyer to join our client's friendly and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing their own caseload and a strong background in Wills, Estate Planning, Trusts, Court of Protection, and Lasting Power of Attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters.
• Provide expert legal advice on Wills, Estate Planning, Trusts, Court of Protection, and Lasting Power of Attorneys.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of service.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Private Client Lawyer, or CILEX.
• Proven experience in private client law.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A personal interest in the rural community is a bonus but not essential.
