Senior Employment Lawyer | Liverpool (Hybrid) | Full-Time or 4 Days

Our client, a dynamic and growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Lawyer to join their expanding Employment and HR team to be based in their Liverpool office.

The Role: You will

Handle high-quality employment law matters including day-to-day advisory work, Employment Tribunal litigation, and corporate support
Supervise and mentor junior team members
Work with autonomy while being supported by an established, collaborative team
Have access to Hybrid working: 3 days office-based, 2 days from home (FTE basis)

What You'll Need:

Qualified solicitor (or FCILEX) with 5+ years' PQE in employment law
Strong experience across advisory, contentious, and corporate work
Commercial mindset with excellent client relationship skills
Confidence to work independently and take ownership of matters
