Senior Employment Lawyer | Liverpool (Hybrid) | Full-Time or 4 Days

Our client, a dynamic and growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Lawyer to join their expanding Employment and HR team to be based in their Liverpool office.

The Role: You will

• Handle high-quality employment law matters including day-to-day advisory work, Employment Tribunal litigation, and corporate support
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Work with autonomy while being supported by an established, collaborative team
• Have access to Hybrid working: 3 days office-based, 2 days from home (FTE basis)

What You'll Need:

• Qualified solicitor (or FCILEX) with 5+ years' PQE in employment law
• Strong experience across advisory, contentious, and corporate work
• Commercial mindset with excellent client relationship skills
• Confidence to work independently and take ownership of matters
