Property Litigation Principle Associate
- Location: Leeds & West Yorkshire
- Type: permanent
- Job Reference: 5457
Property Litigation Principal Associate/Legal Director | Leeds | 5+ PQE
Are you an experienced Property Litigator looking to work on some complex and high value property disputes with household-name clients?
I'm working with a top-tier national firm who need an experienced property litigator to join their market-leading team in Leeds.
This isn't your run-of-the-mill landlord and tenant work (though there's plenty of that too) – think strategic, high-value disputes across retail, leisure, development, and public sectors.
What you'll be doing:
Leading on complex property litigation matters including dilapidations, forfeiture, rights to light, service charge disputes, break notices, and property-related insolvency. You'll also get involved in niche areas like telecommunications and judicial review if that's your bag.
What they're after:
A commercially savvy litigator (5+ years PQE) who can manage significant client relationships, mentor junior team members, and contribute to business development. Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings both technical excellence and commercial nous to the table.
Why this role?
You'll be joining one of the UK's largest and most respected property litigation practices – genuine market leaders with a brilliant client base and a culture that actually walks the talk. Think platinum-standard people investment, proper work-life balance, and a team that values initiative and innovation.
Competitive package, excellent benefits, and the chance to work at the forefront of property law without the stuffiness.
Interested? Drop me a line for an informal and confidential chat.
