Property Litigation Solicitor – Liverpool
We have an exciting opportunity for a property litigation solicitor to join a leading law firm in their Liverpool office.
The property litigation team work as part of the wider commercial litigation offering and are supported by a highly regarded commercial property team. There are clear career progression opportunities within this role, plenty of exciting work to be involved with/take the lead on, brilliant support and mentoring from experienced solicitors and excellent flexible home and office based working opportunities.
The role will involve running a caseload of matters independently, including:

- Landlord & Tenant Disputes (including Section 54, rents, forfeiture dilapidations).
- Acting for clients on matters such as wording of transfers, right of way, easements.
- Agricultural litigation disputes.
- Real estate support work on leases etc.
