Property Litigation Solicitor / Paralegal – Manchester
(Hybrid working available)

We are instructed by a well-established, regional law firm seeking a talented Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal to join their Property Litigation team.

The Role
Working alongside a highly respected and nationally recognised partner, you will handle a varied caseload of property disputes with the opportunity to work with both commercial and residential clients. You will enjoy autonomy over your work while benefiting from strong mentorship and career development support.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of property litigation matters

• Provide strategic legal advice to a diverse client base

• Handle a broad range of disputes, including:

  • Overage disputes

  • Easements

  • Lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture & relief

  • Possession claims (residential & commercial)

  • Service charge disputes

  • Leasehold enfranchisement

  • Co-ownership disputes

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal with property litigation experience

• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Excellent communication and client-care skills
