Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate - Manchester

The opportunity

A highly regarded, award-winning national real estate team is looking to strengthen its Manchester practice with the addition of an enthusiastic and driven lawyer. This is an exciting time to join — the team is on a strong upward trajectory, with continued growth and a number of high-profile clients being embedded into the practice.

You'll work alongside two experienced Partners as they develop and grow the Manchester office, playing a meaningful role in both client delivery and business development.

The role

You'll advise across a broad range of real estate work, with a particular focus on retail sector clients and landlord and tenant matters. Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and developing client relationships on a range of commercial real estate matters
• Advising clients in the retail sector and on landlord and tenant issues
• Contributing to commercial development, investment, and asset management work
• Building your own profile and developing business development skills within a supportive team

  What they're looking for

• 2–6 years' PQE in real estate
• Experience advising on landlord and tenant matters (desirable)
• Retail sector real estate experience (desirable)
• A commercially minded approach and strong client skills
• Enthusiasm for business development and building a profile
