The Role

- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Dilapidations claims
- Break notices, forfeiture and possession actions
- Insolvency-related property matters
- Professional negligence claims
What We're Looking For
- UK Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE in Real Estate Disputes
- Strong technical skills with commercial awareness
- Excellent client relationship and communication abilities
- Self-motivated team player who thrives in a busy, high-performing environment
