Key Responsibilities

Corporate support on M&A transactions
Property due diligence on lending deals
Lease negotiations and landlord/tenant matters
Title investigation and reporting
Supporting joint ventures and partnering arrangements
Business development and networking

Essential Requirements

Qualified solicitor or CILEx
Commercial property law experience
Landlord and tenant expertise
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage high-volume caseloads
Team player with client relationship skills
