Think Legal Recruitment are working alongside a large, full service commercial law firm in Sheffield who are looking for a junior property litigation solicitor to join their market leading team.

The team consists of a Partner and 6 other experienced solicitors. There is a gap at the junior end of the team for an NQ + to join them and develop under the tuition and guidance of excellent well known lawyers within the area of real estate litigation.

Day to day the role is incredibly varied dealing with a variety of property disputes, from boundary disputes, landlord and tenant issues, asset management litigation, rights of light to property insolvency.

The client base is impressive with the firm acting for key institutional landlords, funds, tenants and developers including big names across multiple sectors such as the BBC, Argos, The Crown Estate, and Sainsbury's.

This is a rare opportunity to join a market leading practice in the Sheffield market. 

The firm will look at those lawyers who have done seats in property litigation at international, national, or strong regional practices.
