The real estate team are looking to grow at grassroots level and so are looking to hire someone at NQ level who has a genuine interest in getting involved in a variety of work including asset management, reports on title and real estate finance work.

By way of example the role could comprise:

• real estate finance -  carrying out title diligence and completing or reviewing Certificates of Title/Reports on Title (including dealing with completions and registration requirements).
• real estate transaction experience including sale documentation, discharge documentation, searches and completions and leases (primarily lease reviews, but also agreements to lease, leases and variations.

You are likely to be currently working as an NQ real estate solicitor or be a trainee seeking to qualify in September 2022.
