This is a fast-growing, family-run property boutique based in North Leeds — an ABS firm that launched in 2025 and is doing exceptionally well. They have a loyal client base, strong referral relationships, and a pipeline of work that continues to grow.

As a result of expansion, our client is looking for a Real Estate Solicitor with around 2–3 years PQE to join a team that genuinely looks after its people.

The role

You'll work across a broad and interesting broad spectrum commercial property caseload including commercial leases sales and purchases, land and development work (option agreements, plot sales, site set-up), social and affordable housing, refinancing, lease renewals and surrenders to name a few. The clients include commercial and residential developers, property investors, and a range of specialist clients across healthcare, sport and investment.
