Senior Commercial Property Solicitor/Partner | 5+ PQE | Huddersfield

An award-winning Commercial Property team at a well-established Yorkshire law firm is seeking an experienced solicitor to join their collaborative and successful department. The Team
You'll be joining a stable, collaborative team that has grown consistently year-on-year.

The Role
This is a full-time position handling a diverse caseload of commercial property work, including:

Sales and acquisitions
Securities and finance work
Landlord and tenant matters
Lease management
Corporate support work
Supporting the property litigation team

You'll work on everything except construction and development, with matters ranging from straightforward transactions to complex, high-value deals. The firm is very supportive of development, and assistance will be provided with any knowledge gaps.

The Ideal Candidate

5+ years PQE to Partner level
Strong technical commercial property experience from a regional firm background

For Partner Level: Candidates will need to demonstrate a business plan and existing client following.

Salary
