Real Estate Solicitor | NQ – 2 PQE | Manchester

A leading commercial real estate team in Manchester is looking to recruit a junior solicitor to join its expanding practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ–2 PQE lawyer to join a highly regarded team working across a broad spread of commercial real estate matters, with particular exposure to investment work.

The role will involve advising on:

• Investment acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Corporate occupier work
• Real estate finance transactions
• General commercial property matters

The team offers strong partner access, high-quality work and an excellent platform for development within a collaborative environment.

Applicants should ideally have:

• Experience gained within a recognised commercial real estate practice
• Broad commercial property exposure
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term real estate career

September 2026 qualifiers will also be considered.
