An experienced residential conveyancing solicitor is offered an excellent opportunity to join a leading regional practice in Warwickshire, ranked as one of the top 100 in the UK and Legal 500 tier 1.

The experienced residential conveyancing solicitor joining this team will handle a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters which will include but not be limited to:

- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
- Investment properties for the purposes of buy to let.
- Investigating title.
- Remortgages.
- Commissioning searches.
- Right to buy and right to acquire schemes.
- Negotiating terms of contracts.
- Shared ownership and assisted purchase.

This position is ideally suited to experienced residential conveyancing solicitors with a minimum of six years' PQE. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display:

- Qualification as a Solicitor in England and Wales with experience in residential property matters.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in the management and supervision of more junior colleagues.
